Different types of media passes are available for the symposia.  In either scenario below, travel and incidental expenses to be borne by the journalist and/or the journalist's employer.

For staff writers and producers: Email or fax your request to us on your company letterhead or from your corporate email account. You must be employed full-time by an accredited media outlet to qualify. The Association is pleased to offer you complimentary registration).

For freelance journalists:  Please ask your assignment editor to email or fax us their assignment letter on your behalf. Be sure their letter states the benefits that the Association can expect to derive from your attendance. Freelancers please note that the submission must be via a media outlet email address or on media company letterhead.
