Overview   The Association makes a limited number of partnership opportunities available to businesses interested in supporting the culinary tourism industry at our annual conference. Partnerships typically range in price from US$1000 to US$10,000, with only one exclusive top tier title partnership available at US$25,000. While most businesses choose a partnership in the US$2500 to US$10,000 range, we welcome partnership enquiries at any level of support. Product partnerships are also encouraged. While these price points give a general guideline as to the partnerships we offer, please keep in mind that every partnership we create is unique and customised entirely to your business needs.
Examples   Examples of partnerships that we offer include meal sessions, receptions, mobile educational workshops, ground transportation, individual seminars and speakers, delegate gifts, and student scholarships.
Benefits   A variety of benefits are available for supporting organisations. Sample benefits include logo and name exposure on conference website and in pre-conference and on-site program; complimentary trade show booth; hall signage use of delegate contact list; mention in Association press releases, direct mail and e-mail campaigns; opportunities for media interviews and to address delegates publicly on-site; opportunity to include promotional items in delegate welcome bags; and a hyperlink from conference website to your website.
Return on Investment   We view your investment in the conference as a mutually beneficial partnership that we hope will last many years. We respect your decision to partner with the Association and your investment. To that end, we are committed to affording you and your organisation the maximum visibility and benefit. All of our partnership opportunities are open for negotiation so that we can customise an opportunity that works for your individual business goals. Typically we overdeliver on what we promise in our Partnership Opportunities Matrix because we want to prove to you how much we appreciate our partnership. Ask for a copy of our Partnership Opportunities Matrix, which documents last year's successes, including documented media coverage, delegate demographics and economic impact on the host destination. All partners receive a post-conference report to help you prove your investment in, and partnership with, our Association.

    An exhibit area will be available at the 2005 conference for businesses interested in exhibiting to the media and trade. The exhibit area will be available and open Sunday afternoon, and all day Monday and Tuesday, the two major seminar days.  Please contact us if you would like additional details on exhibiting at the conference.
