The conference features three tracks that delegates can follow:

1) Oriented towards food and beverage professionals

2) Oriented towards travel and tourism professionals

3) Oriented for academics and researchers.

Delegates may choose to attend sessions in any track and may mix/match tracks. We have merely grouped session subjects for ease of categorisation.

The academic sessions that were selected are detailed in the pre-conference programme. We received many submissions and it was difficult to narrow down choices to just a few. If your presentation was not selected, we invite you to resubmit your idea for next year's conference. Thank you to all who submitted a topic for consideration.
