
The format of the new Culinary Tourism Symposium is as follows:

7:30 - 8:45 Culinary Tourism: The Hidden Harvest (optional introductory overview session; continental breakfast included; additional fee)
Symposium Programme
Unlike the previous conference format, all registrants attend all sessions. There is only one track of sessions and no break-out sessions. Topics can be customised for greater appeal to a regional or local audience. Approximately 50-100 people attend each symposium. Price varies by location.
9:00 promptly - 10:15 Session 1
10:30 - 11:45 Session 2
12:00 Noon - 1:30 lunch (w/ speaker ?)
1:45 - 3:00 Session 3
3:15 - 4:45 Session 4
Media Marketplace (Optional)
5:00 - 8:00 pm
Registrants meet members of the media and each other over meeting booths in an informa trade show format. No large trade show displays are allowed - the format is meant to be simple.
NOTE: To help keep your registration costs low, and as part of our commitment to green meetings, we do not print or mail/post paper editions of the pre-event programme. All of the information you need is here on this website.
The Association reserves the right to change any and all programme content for any reason without notice.
Registrants who require auxiliary visual or hearing aides or accommodations must notify the Association in writing no later than 10 calendar days prior to the event so that proper arrangements may be made.
